Do I really need to list every chiropractic visit? On the paper forms you could just put multiple visits on one line. I don't remember having that ability last time I used MedXPress. I've had repeated visits to a chiro guy for physical therapy on an old knee injury over the past several months... I've had a few people tell me not to even list chiro visits, but past threads on this board make me think I should. I really wasn't thinking about the fact that I would have to report it so it's going to take some digging to find all the dates as I wasn't keeping track of it.
