Report Chiropractor visits on medical form?

I've reported my GP visits, surgery consults and follow up and dermatologist visits. Do I report the chiropractor visits as well? There'd be one every month.

Chiropractors are "health professionals" for this purpose, so those visits must be reported as part of your medical application.

I think it is hit or miss with them. I have found an incredible chiropractor in my area. I don't know how he does what he does, but he does it well!

I was quoting the phrase from the instructions for Form 8500-8. Don't take it any other way, either positive or negative.

And here I was thinking that in some cases "professionals" should be in quotes!
