Reoccurring Anxiety Question

Hello, if one had a temporary stint of GAD that resolved years ago, but also had a stint of being anxious (also resolved years ago) for long-hall flights and was prescribed Xanax one or twice (only enough for the flight), but not diagnosed with GAD again, is that considered reoccurring by the FAA?
 
True story: when I was {ahem} years old in college, I scheduled a trip to visit my girlfriend over the summer break. Coincidentally, a friend who worked for airline got me a courtesy upgrade to first class. The young lady in question took the opportunity of that visit to dump me. On the trip home, I took advantage of the first class lounge, and one might say I "over-consumed".

Should I turn in my third class?
