Hi,

As many of you already know, I am planning to fly in the U.S. this summer (Philly to Oshkosh and back ).

I am trying to find a short term renter's insurance ( like the ones you can get when renting a car ).

Adam inquired with AOPA and it appears they can only sell yearly coverage for around $300.00 ( though you can later cancel and get a refund of $ 150.00 ).

Any ideas or suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

My year of AOPA close to minimums was only about 75 plus 85 and I was a student pilot at that time.

Check with your FBO(s) first to see what their coverage is, and how and if the renter is covered.
