did you guys see in the Flying Adventures mag about the co in Miss that offers jumps from fl300!!
I need to call and price it.

How many jumps have you done, Dave? FL300? Tandem, or solo? I bet that takes some additional training!

Man...

I stopped jumping out of airplanes when the government stopped paying me to do it decades ago. Never did a HALO, but several of my instructors and other guys I met have. From the impression I got there'd need to be a good reason - it's friggin cold, and there are lots of ways to die even if you do almost everything right.

thats friggin SWEET! sign me up! (and cover my payment?)

That seems incredibly expensive. Why?

I think its a 'Mount Everest' thing.

Hey, its only .....10c per foot!

I would have guessed the O2, the thermals, and the flight in something with turbines to get up there would probably raise the price quite a bit. Not to mention the company's insurance has to be insane. Of course, they probably have a pretty good corner on the market, too.

Bet they don't have insurance or assets, and you sign away all your rights. Seriously.

Well, they did warn you. Haven't seen many other skydiving ops say it so straight forward.
Is this safe? Skydiving is inherently risky. You could
die.
You will be required to sign a release of liability.
