Someone asked me what the recommended power settings on the IAR were.

Beech put a very similar graph in the POH for my Baron.

It never ceases to amaze me how very different POHs from different manufacturers are.

POHs were "standardized" in the late '70s. Before that it was much worse. A lot of them were little more helpful than an owner's manual for a toaster.
