I'm flying next week from upstate NY to southern Florida. It will take two stops. I've had good luck in the past at CGE in MD for the first stop, but I need another stop in South Carolina or Georgia, along the coast.

My priorities, in order, are:
1. Reasonable fuel costs,
2. a restaurant,
3. instrument approach, and if possible,
4. intersecting runways.

I'm not downgrading the safety issues, but if the winds are high, or I need an ILS, I'd obviously go somewhere where the safety conditions are met. Thanks for the advice.

Powers Aviation in Florence (FLO) has always been absolutely great to me. If you can take some time out of your day to get a nice meal, take the crew car to Redbone Alley. You'll love it.
