Contact Don Sebastian. Very reputable guy, fair priced, does high profile and normal folk pre buys. Very, very thorough!!

AOPA used him for their sweepstakes plane as well, and I used him on a few.

He also now does virtual pre buys over a live video discussion. Pretty cool stuff!
