Really stupid question.

I'm trying to register an aircraft.
To whom do I make the check payable?
There is nothing on the form, and the FAA website says "Make checks payable to...." and it's blank.

When I went to the link, I still could not read the payable to info.
click, click, click. Wait a minute. They upgraded my browser last night.

Have some fun. Fly it to some airport, run into the FBO and say will you put this into your outgoing mail for me please. Then run back to your plane and depart.
