When we bought in late 2009 -- the bottom of the market -- nothing was selling. Now, EVERYTHING is selling. It's crazy.

Corpus Christi? Not so much, although I'm sure it's better than 2009. I go there to hit the big-box stores, but that's it. Corpus is just another big city, with everything that entails, as far as I'm concerned.
