it’s been a while since Ive run across this cool mod; I think it was called the External Seat Copilot Deice Boot Pump? Maybe someone remembers better than me.

No no no- it’s the new auto pump- as in bangs the side of the plane it pumps up the door seal... much better than pumping the bulb by hand

I was going to guess it's an external cabin pressurization sensor...for unpressurized cabins.
