I fly an Arrow II and regularly use the G3 Insight to monitor temps while leaning. Was on a x-country today and started leaning to get ~ 50 ROP when the Cylinder #1 EGT bar rose rapidly to ~ 1927 F (the other cylinders remained in normal EGT range of ~ 1300 F). Pic attached. I enriched the mixture a bit more which temporarily brought the EGT for cylinder # 1 back to a normal range, but shortly thereafter it shot back up to ~ 1900 and stayed there for remainder of flight. CHT remained in normal range. I'll check this out with my shop next week but would appreciate any views in the interim on what may be causing this. Engine performed perfectly fine - no roughness, oil temp remained in normal range, etc. Just this blowout EGT reading for cylinder 1. Any thoughts much appreciated!
