Hi to all

after more than 2 years on the ground our ranger is running again.

crankshaft and other spares.

The Ranger on my fathers 24 was really tired and had sat for many years before we flew it back to KS. I flew a Cherokee 6 along side and noticed he kept going lower. When we made it back to KLYO we had nearly no oil in the sump. They love oil.

I wonder why the engine was so reluctant to start and run?
Being I'm not all that knowledgeable on most engines, I can't really say. Perhaps minor adjustments needed with regard to timing and fuel supply?
