Cool Dave. I fear to think how unpleasant a job that was for the divers..

BTW. Thanks so much for the Davis Mountains tour in the Ballanca. That is one sweet ride!

I did get to see that Midget Mustang at Ft Stockton. It was garbage.

Oh, and there is one of these for sale in southern OK:http://www.sailplanedirectory.com/PlaneDetails.cfm?planeID=249

It was recently overhauled and is a very fair deal. Considered a good ship.

My pleasure, Matt.
What wrong with the MM? poor construction or deterioration?
Dirty trick to show me sweet, efficient gliders for sale! Think that model would be suitable for some distance work?

Great pics. And reflecting that there was no loss of life I'm thinking the inspectors will be happy of not having to sift through body parts.

How'd you get so many pics in one post? I thought the max was 4 per post.

They all must have woken up the next day with 42 DD's. I don't care how fit for consumption they say that river is. There's still no way I would get in there. Cool pics though.
