19.5 K seems a bit small. I tried to upload DUATS session earlier today and didn't notice the file rejected at 24K. Had to double the size into .DOC to get the file posted. Maybe 100K.
Raise the limit on TXT files?

Agreed. Not even sure where 19.5k came from.
Thanks, looks like a default since several other file types had 19.5 also.
