I added a couple of quotes but they didn't appear anywhere when I went to view all. Did they get lost or do quotes have to be approved by someone before thay can be seen.

They have to be approved, and while any of the management council can review and approve them, I think I"m the only one who does. I check the pending list every few days, as I remember.
