About four miles below my house is a new ownership situation. I attended an Open House today at a spectacular inn which goes beyond the "$100 Hamburger" category. I toured the facility and visited the rooms which have been restored to reflect its 1904 era National Historic Structure. From the tower rooms the view of the ocean cascading over the ledges(½ tide) was nothing short of magnificent, as were the chef's complimentary preparations.

Would it be acceptable to post in this section more information and photos?
It's about 16sm from Wiscasset Airport and would be the perfect weekend get away for those seeking unique opportunities for same. The owners have prior hotel activities in Kennebunk, Maine.

Thanks; Eve, one of the owners, gave me permission to come back and take interior photos. They will officially open at the end of the month. The property was listed, nationally, for $1.2m. With the battery of Caterpillar equipment and other contractors there for the last couple months there's some $erious effort going into the property.
