Hey Guys,
Today I was doing a ground with my instructor on GPS approaches and we reviewing the RNAV approach for 18L and 36R at KMDH. One of the things we noticed was that RNAV 18L have LNAV/VNAV minimums and the RNAV for 36R have only LNAV MDA minimums.
So the question that my instructor and I have is why would the RNAV for 18L have LNAV/VNAV minimums and the RNAV for 36R have only LNAV MDA minimums. Is this normally a obstacle clearance deal or what?
