Pre-takeoff checklist
I have a QT Halo headset (black in color) that I just got back from Phil (manufacturer) after being completely overhauled. I climbed out of the plane without taking them off and pulled one of the wires loose. Per his usual stellar customer service, he refurbished the whole headset. In the meantime, I bought a yellow headset so my wife and I can more easily tell which headset is ours.
It comes with the original zipper case, interior pouch, and a complete of set of both size ear plugs and one set of silicone plugs. I usually order my replacement eartips from here: LINK
