Putin pilots an ultralight

I read another article that said only one bird actually followed him, due to a threat to go to a gulag. :D
 
Me thinks this was more "Putin, along for the ride" than "Putin, newly minted sport pilot."

I'm pretty sure Putin is an experienced pilot. I've seen video footage of him flying a large fire bomber left seat.

I very seriously doubt that. Everything around Putin is theatrically staged, like for example his recent recovering of Greek amphora from the bottom of the Black Sea during his dive. But he was given recent lessons in a motorized hang-glider, that's a fact.

Hey guys he's a legit black belt in Judo and was once considered Olympic caliber. I have heard he's legit in terms of toughness. Look at his eyes, he's cold. Would you guys like a pic of him behind the yoke of a Bonanza?
 
His favorite place to eat is this wild game restaurant in Moscow. My gal took me to dinner there one night and we were just halfway through the first course when he came in with a rather small entourage and one of the came to the table and said something sternly any this little redhead starts reading him the riot act and he left and we stayed as did Putin. Cool place. Every year they go on a major hunting expedition all across Russia and Siberia with helicopters and sea planes, 4x4s, boats, you name it and film the trip then replay it on a big projection screen for you to watch while eating. There are hundreds of furs and fur products from trinkets to hats to coats for sale in the place as well.
