As the economy seems to be picking up a bit, has anyone felt a change in the small GA aircraft market? Still a buyers market or not?

Don't know about buyers market or not, but most planes out there are overpriced , the ones that aren't get snatched out in a jiffy

I bought 2 years ago and have noticed planes are ticking up in price since then. I couldn't get my plane now for what I bought it for.

No change. Good planes still commanding a firm price. If you are willing to put some time and energy into one...

Not sure about sales, but we have noticed a big uptick in activity at our airport in the last year or two.
