Puerto Rico /Virgin Islands Flight Rules

I was browsing around a bunch of sectionals and TACs today and came across the Puerto Rico / USVI TAC. Is there anything special that needs to happen for an international flight from the United States, departing say TIST and arriving in Great Britain, say TUPJ?

There’s no ADIZ to cross and it looks easy enough.

You need a flight plan even for VFR every time you cross an international border, and obviously EASA rules apply on the UK side.
You need to fill up a Gendec going that way, and coming back, just be prepared, TIST CBP is godawful. Either use Global Entry, or fill up a Crewdec.
