Is there a centralized publication of changes in ARTCC sectors, frequencies, or anything of the sort? My home airport is on L-13 and L-14 (it's in the portion that appears on both sides of the chart), just west of the division between Salt Lake City and Minneapolis centers. There was always a castellated box for Salt Lake City Center 126.85 with our field's name for the RCO. Now that box is missing from the low altitude IFR charts, at least as of the 15 SEP 2016 version. But the NC A/FD entry for our field still lists "(R) SALT LAKE CENTER APP/DEP CON 126.85" on the 15 SEP 2016 chart and the 13 OCT 2016 version of the NC-1 approach plates show SALT LAKE CENTER 126.85 in the communications box at the top.
Our airport has recently begun having some construction work done, tearing out the old shack to build a much nicer small office, lounge, etc. building. The AWOS is still up and running by radio and telephone, so they must have moved it into the construction trailer. I don't know if any RCO-related equipment was in the shack they tore out.
My question is this: Is there any source I can check with (other than tuning 126.85 and calling for Center) to determine if the L-13/14 charts have erroneously omitted the communication box or if the A/FD and TPP have erroneously continued to publish a defunct frequency?
