PTSD with a class 2

Looking at the current guide for aviation medical examiners 9/29/21, the Psychiatric Conditions has a chart for the most common conditions. PTSD is now listed but is “under construction”. in reference to an ATCS class 2, what is the current stance on PTSD? Are cases that require no medication and minimal effect of the controller granted medical? Example, combat related PTSD with feeling of remorse or guilt, occasional dreams, none of these effecting the individuals current social environment. No history of any violence or dependency.
