Prop lines in the video

Many digital cameras, especially inexpensive ones use an imager (the chip that captures the images) with what's called an "electronic rolling shutter". That means that different portions of the captured image are exposed at different times, kinda like what you'd get if you moved a slit across the image from top to bottom as each field is exposed. This attribute can lead to some rather unusual artifacts in moving images like the ones you found.
