I added front suspension and a larger nose tire to make The Predator a more rugged trainer.
It is still in testing; I will paint it when I know it works.

I put an altimeter and airspeed indicator in the back seat to make The Predator a better trainer.

I put a windshield in the back to make the intercom quieter.

I have been finding great joy sharing my love of aviation and the art of flying with students.

I find Santa Maria is a lovely place to do flight training.

Students? I thought gyros were all experimental so it's not really possible unless you own one? I've loved gyros since I was a kid and played pilot wings on nintendo64!

Looks like a pretty sweet setup you got there. Are you aware of anywhere in the Southeast I could do an intro flight?

I have a letter of deviation authority (LODA) that allows me to train in an experimental amateur built aircraft.
I am a rotorcraft, gyroplane certified flight instructor.
I can’t solo the student in my aircraft.
They can solo in anything that is not registered to me.

A friend of mine; Steve Rastanis trains out of
Jackson, Louisiana
and is an Auto Gyro dealer

5122 Airport Lane, Jackson Louisiana. LA-3 freq is 122.9

I am sure he could arrange an introductory lesson.

Thanks for the info! I've got some family in Louisiana so the next time I'm down that way I'll see if I can work something out. Once again, thanks!
