Problem uploading files

I am in Taipei, Taiwan today and was trying to upload photos. I have never had a problem from here before and whatever the issue is, it is wholly unrelated to the Great Fire Wall of China as this is a whole other country.

The error I get is:

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing or mismatched.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

All other parts of PoA appear to work correctly for me.

I've had that same error message appear a few times when trying to create a new post.

Usually, refreshing and trying again solves it.
