I owned an ag service for a long time and this year I am going to be flying part time for two different operators. One is an AT 602, and the other is a 510 Turbo Thrush. I think the Ark. ag convention starts this Sunday and runs through Tuesday. They usually have the recertification and PASS programs on Monday so just about evey operator and pilot in the state will be there. If you can't make that, Get in your car/truck and start pulling in at every flying service you come to.
Breaking in is kind of a hard nut to crack right now because operators have replaced several smaller planes with the bigger turbine planes. Usually in this case, the more experienced pilots keep the seat and that puts the other guys out to look for another seat.
