Private Pilot and Anxiety Medication

I'm a student pilot. I recently found myself in an unbearable work situation that necessitated me to go to a doctor and get prescribed anxiety medications for a short time. I'm taking a temporary break from flying until the work situation clears. I don't want that distraction while learning to fly, nor I will i allow myself to be flying with any anxiety meds in me.

Is this visit and prescription going to ruin my chances to be a pilot long term? It is a short term solution to a short term issue, and long term prescriptions to anxiety meds is not going to happen. I already have my student medical, I'm just worried that this first time bout of anxiety may just have ruined my chances to become a private pilot.
