What ever happend to the ARC proposal for the primary non commercial category? I have a 70 year old Vagabond that I am perfectly capable of maintaining myself but am forced to try and find an A&P that knows something about antique tube and fabric airplanes just because it happens to have built in a factory and not someones garage. Its pretty sorry that Canada has more freedom than the the USA.
