Prices really climbing!!

I considered this Conquest about this time last year, it was for sale at $625,000 I think, when I called they said $575,000 would buy it. It had been sitting for a couple years and I just didn't get a warm fuzzy feeling about it. Well, apparently it has skyrocketed in value in the last 12 months!!

I know, it's just funny the new owner added $20K in avionics and $200K to the price! It won't sell for anything close to the asking price, at least I doubt it will. Much better airplanes for the same money, or less.
