Ack...city life
Why the significant differential in price between L and R mags? Aircraft Spruce list price shows a 35% difference. (S4LN-20, -21)

Left mag generally has the impulse coupling.

Impluse coupling is a separate item, it doesn't come with the mag. I don't know why there is a price difference.

anyway,,,,,,,,,,,, buy slicks! L&R are the same P/N

The 4300 series I got from Chief came with an impulse coupler.

Were they used rebuilt or what?

I buy rebuilts at half the cost of the prices listed at Spruce... and they come without I/C's

try savage mags or sacromento airparts look the numbers up in T-A-P

AS&S is a rip off on engine parts

OBTW it's "coupling"

A post scrip,

Bendix has not built a new mag since I was a kid, all Bendix mags you get today are repaired, rebuilt or used.

I forgot to mention that it was a Slick (which means it was new). I am looking for a good deal on four rebuilt Bendix 1200 series mags with "couplings". The folks at GAMI insist that these will make my engines run smoother LOP at altitude. I'm currently running Slicks there as well.
