Anyone know of flight schools with Precision Flight Controls simulators that are having problems getting support?
I was going to do some sim time for the first time in decades, but the sim at the local place is down and apparently has been for more than a week. Sounds like it takes a long time for Support to call back. And when they do it's a quick call to check this, this and this and get back to us... then it take forever again to hear back from Support.
No clue if this is an issue on the Precision Flight side and they don't have support staff, etc. Or is it something on the flight school side with their contract, payment, etc., etc. So it would be interesting to hear if anyone else can't use their sim because it is down and it is taking forever to get fixed.
And I don't really know the history of Precision Flight Controls or this flight school. Both are new to me, so just trying to get some more info to see if I need to move on... though the flight school appears to be the only one in the area with an approved sim where you can just walk in off the street and book time in the just the sim or with a CFII.
