Anyone have any recommendations for mechanics to do a pre-purchase inspection on an Arrow III in the Norfolk area? The plane is at KPVG in Chesepeake, VA.

At PVG, I recommend J R Smith at Aerodyne:

Nearby at CPK is Jim Parkman at Epix:

Those are hands down the best in the Hampton Roads area - I've had dealings with both and would trust either.
Also, I am in the Norfolk area and may be able to take a look at the airplane and give you a rough opinion if you'd like. I am no A&P, but have Arrow experience. Shoot me a PM if you'd like.

Jim's definitely good - I just dropped my Baron off with him this afternoon for my engine heater install.
