Why are my posts not being posted???

ok, so this one did work but when i try to add a pic it says needs to be reviewed by a mod?
 
New members are restricted from posting links, etc., to avoid spammers.

Pretty sure you need to have something like 5 posts before you can post an attachment or a link.
 
Guess so. I am Dumb Mod, because I don't know how to get around it...
