Go to talk to your local NOAA station. I visited the one in White Lake, MI with my 99's chapture and they gave me one.

NOAA has one which, though not very big, has a very good variety of clouds and descriptions. It is about 12" x 18". Ask them and maybe they'll send you one for each person...
