I ordered a R-543B glideslope receiver from them a few months ago. Paid $25 inc. shipping (for a part that some sellers/breakers think is worth $200+...). I didn't even open the box, I just gave it to my A&P with a lot of other stuff saying change this please.
Well, it turns out they had accidentally sent me a transponder box from a Learjet...
Anyway, here's the positive feedback. I sent them an email last night saying I know it's been more than 30 days (which is their money back deadline), and I'd be happy to buy another one.
They replied the next morning and said no problem, we're sorry, here's your tracking number for the new unit. I'll have it in 2 days, FOC.
That's how it should be done. Definitely will use them again.
