The new unit is a base model with out a remote control. The new unit is however upgradable to a remote version at a later date.

It comes with a 10' cord with an on/off switch on the plug.

Even though its very basic, it works equally as well as all our previous products.
 
We are currently sold out of the base 12 volt units. We do expect more inventory by week end,so anyone wanting to order, please contact me at bob@b-kool.net. We will not process your credit card till ready to ship. Now estimated for friday this week..first in, first out

Our older video is now back up and running on our website. Keep in mind this is our second gen unit. The new units are even more efficient..output airspeed is now closer to 30 mph.

FYI, they do not depend on dry or humid air. That should not affect the cooling power.

The air is _cold_ and there's a LOT of it.

They actually remove humidity from the air. similar to refrigerated AC systems.

Less than 10 lbs empty, holds up to 25 lbs of ice. Will run for well over 2 hours on 20 lbs of block ice.

We are all about efficiency,and believe our unit will out perform any unit on the market., no matter the size..we experimented with a much larger ad decided our unit lb for lb and $ for$ is the best value there is.

We have over 1000 units in the field..only 3 returned,,one un opened..this should tell you how well they work.

On the non-remote units, where is the switch? On the unit itself or on the 12V plug?
 
On the end of the plug.

Our idea here is if you are plugging into the panel anyway, may as well save the cost of the remote.

If on the other hand you have a socket in the back of your plane, the remote is a must.

We have inventory on both and are still offering the discount until we go live with our new distributer ( we will still be selling direct as well, just not able to undercut a distribution partner)

On the non remote units, they are also upgradable to a remote later on should the need arise
 
We will be building this weekend in hopes toget caught back up..our special pricing will continue at least one more week theu Friday May23. Once we have our new distribution agreement in place, we will have to suspend the special pre season prices
