Kidding aside, I can find Ukraine, but all the *stan countries around Russia, north of Afghanistan -- no way.

Same here. Kazakhstan is okay, I remember that one because it is so huge and somebody from there visited me.

But I can't identify the others.

Ahhh...I get it. Someone asked you a legitimate question, and you responded in the manner of an *******, so you could feel intellectually superior. Gotcha.

See, most normal people would go:

Customer: San Diego
CSR: What state?
Customer: California
CSR: Thank you.

See, simple. No need to berate someone as stupid or anything.

Is that sort of what you're doing to me, in order to make yourself look good?

Or are you more interested in appearing intellectually superior?

-John

Just pointing out that a CSR asked a legitimate question, that you admit you knew was a legit question (ie. you knew that "San Diego" did not uniquely identify one location), and instead of just answering that legitimate question, you chose instead to belittle the person on the other end.

That pretty much sums up my definition of an *******. Yours, obviously, may differ.

Same people couldn't find D.C., as they didn't know it stood for District of Columbia!
