POA Nebraska fly-in?

So it looks like there may be more than a couple of us interested in meeting up at KOFK for dinner.

I was going to run up there this Saturday to meet Jesse finally... so that'd be the 14th, around 6-ish I guess. I'm game for doing it again some other weekend if there are people who want to go, but this Sat. is too little notice. Plus, Jaybird180 is planning to be out this way the last weekend in July.

I know we've got several folks in NE... Jason, Jesse, Cap'n Jack, Theboys, probably some others I missed. Shall we organize something? What dates work for everyone, and are there any other places with a good on-airport place to eat? All I've seen the inside of are Millard and .. uh... well, that's pretty much it. And there's nothing here or at Eppley.

I could probably do the last weekend of the month if we can lock in a date/time. Lunch would also work.
