All,
I called the airport manager and he verified their monthly fly-in is still on. I'm going to go up with buddy in the Archer and the long range wx looks good with high in mid-seventies but possibilities of showers later. Fly-in is a lunch affair where $5 (IIRC) gets you hamburger/hotdogs and your choice locally made sides and desserts.
Sunbury itself is an island in the Susquehanna NW of Harrisburg so convenient to a lot of us. 3000' of manicured grass - no fuel but several strips close with cheap gas.
If the wx stays the same maybe we'll see you there. Apparently not unusual to have 50 planes show up.
