When I'm angry, I like to stomp around the house and say things like, "I'm fine" or "nothing's wrong!" every time my husband asks me what the hell my problem is. If you don't have a husband, maybe borrow someone else's.
Other things that work for me - absurd amounts of whiskey and/or wailing on my heavy bag. But if you are one of those weird emotionally stable people, maybe try yoga, a nice tea or have 6PC come over and rub your feet.
