ACR sells this box as the Terrafix (marketed to hikers) and the Aquafix (marketed to mariners). It has an internal GPS as well as an external port if you have a stand-alone GPS with a compatible port. Also included is a wrap-around/flip up antenna.
I have just received the two year registration form so it is a good time to sell from that perspective. Also, the battery has been replaced once and the current battery is good until 9/2020.
