Anyone in AZ planning on going ?

If so, might be worthwhile organizing a mini meet and greet lunch thingy

I just made my RSVP this afternoon and reserved the 182RG with the local flight school.
I'll have to leave at first light to get down there before the first seminar starts.

RSVP? I've been waiting on AOPA to send me something like a notam or anything. What did you get if anything and how did you RSVP?

I looked last week on their AOPA page on Prescott, they did not have the seminar schedule out yet.
I checked today and it was there, so I did the RSVP and paid for my lunch passes for me and 3 guests.
If I don't fill the plane I'll offer the extra lunch tickets to some kid that is there with no lunch plan.

I know I have at least 2 of my 3 seats filled.

I'm heading up just for the Saturday. I guess I better buy a lunch ticket.
