Many of us have voiced our concerns over the quality of aviation magazines and the stories they put out. I've really enjoyed working with Cayla McLeod on a few projects recently. I think she's a breath of fresh air for general aviation and is bringing great stories to Plane & Pilot as well as Kitplanes. She's a great pilot and goes on these adventures and then writes about them.

I can't share the air-to-air shots yet, I have to wait until they come out, but you can see some of the posts she's making.

We've got a story coming up about her adventures in TacAero's Waco UPF-7.

And we've got a really cool story coming up about Tango 82 Aviation. They relocate exotic animals and it's a pretty cool experience.
This is the only one I didn't do air-to-air on... ground-to-air, and air-to-ground!

I grew up in the 70s reading Plane & Pilot. Might be time to revisit. Great photos.
Thanks! I’ll share a lot of photos as the magazines get published. I think the first one will be the float plane story.

Yeah, I'm rapidly leaning toward keeping Plane and Pilot as my light GA reading to accompany my AOPA Pilot magazine, and jettisoning Flying, as the latter has become increasingly unrelatable (albeit still with some good pieces).
