Places a to rent in columbus ohio

I just received my ppl last week and am looking for some good ideas where to rent from. Any ideas? Any reviews for the local places? And I need some good places to take the gf up for the first time. I'm thinking of goin to Urbana for some food.

There are 3-4 clubs at KOSU that require an initiation fee but a good selection of aircraft. Then you have regular FBO type rentals at Bolton Field, Delaware, Marysville and Newark depending on where you are located and how far you want to go.

+1. I was in a very similar position as the OP and found a GREAT club at OSU. Lots of options.

Grimes is good, save room for pie!

There's always JPs Barbecue at Bolton Field, too.

For a longer ride, there's Portsmouth PMH, just a diner but well done. Try breakfast there on a weekend.
