Pitot/static and transponder check in the SEATAC area? Maybe a mobile service?

Would like to find a shop that can prep a plane for IFR flight. South of the metro area would be best, like Olympia?. If there's a mobile service out there, let me know.

I think we get our pitot/static and transponder checks done on the field. There is an avionics shop at OLM.
