I wonder why they provide this page: https://aviationweather.gov/data/pirep/

To use it, you must type in a "Center ID" -- and I don't know any. I've never actually had a use for one. And there's no pull-down menu to choose one. So, this page is useless for the intended purpose of viewing Pireps.

(Fortunately, it is possible to view Pireps on the Observations page by ticking a box (screenshot below) - I just wonder why they provide the other page that's so useless.)

Doesn't center ID just mean a normal airport ID, and that's the *center* of the radius you set?

Oh, I think you're right. If I type in a four-letter airport code, it generates a list of PIREPS. My bad, that I couldn't figure that out.
