Tiff (FlyLikeAGirl) and I visited Columbus, Indiana for lunch yesterday. Good chow at the Hangar 5 Restaurant, located right in the terminal/FBO building. No ramp/parking/facility fee. Restaurant closes at 2pm local time, so get there in time for breakfast or lunch. 5 GA aircraft parked on the ramp grew to 10 or 12 in the course of our 20 min wait for a table and lunch. The guy who marshalled us in said they're slammed on good weather days until the restaurant closes, then the place is dead.
We would definitely go again.
