Pre-takeoff checklist
I recently heard about Catfish Corner at KDYR. It surprised me, because I'm always on the hunt for airport restaurants in the region and that's really not very far from me. I started asking around and nobody seems to have heard of it. So, today I flew up with the family for brunch and it was really pretty good. It was a small buffet, but everything I tried was excellent. The catfish was good, but my favorite was the chicken and dumplings. We'll be back.
